It is now very simple to get a travel visa to Vietnam. All travel companies which have a tour operating license are eligible for applying for tourist visas to the Immigration Department on your behalf. Tourists can contact them and ask them apply for the visas quickly and conveniently. Here are the steps to do so:

Step 1: Contact with one of them to do the paperwork for you by filling the application form. Service fee varies between 8 and 15 dollars. You will need to provide them with the following information:

Your title (Mr./Mrs./Ms.):

Your name (exactly as it appears in your passport):

Date of birth:

Nationality:

Passport Number (valid at least 06 months from entry date ahead):

Date of Passport issuance:

Date of Passport expiration:

Proposed date of arrival:

Flight Ref:

Airport  of arrival (Noi Bai airport, Tan Son Nhat airport, Da Nang airport):

Purpose of visit (Vacation/Business/Visit family):

Visa types: For instance, tourist visa for one month, single entry

Step 2: Once your application is successful, the Immigration Department will reply in an official letter to the company and inform the company (you) of picking up the visa on arrival at one of the above airports. Definitely the company will scan the letter and send to you by email. Print the letter out.

Step 3: Upon arrival at the airport, you will fill in a form to get your visa. Remember to prepare in advance: 2 photos sized 4 x 6 or 3 x 4, your original passport, and 25 dollars (one month, single entry) or 50 dollars (less than 3 months, multiple entry) for stamping fee. This fee is paid directly to the representative office of the Immigration Department at the port.

That is it! These are the three steps you just have to take to obtain a visa upon arrival. It is so convenient and easy.
