Tourists can enjoy a breathtaking 360 degree outlook across the city and its many temples, and out over the surrounding scenery to the mountains in the distance.

As well as, tourists can pray and make offerings at several temples along the way. At the top of the hill you can buy flowers at Wat Chomsi to offer for blessings, as well as caged birds. The Laos believe that if you set a bird free you will give good luck and happiness in the future.
